Emergency Pet Care

At Kindness Animal Hospital, we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, but our team is trained and equipped to handle some urgent cases during our regular business hours.

If your pet is experiencing an urgent issue, please call us first at (301) 949-2511 before coming in. This allows our staff to determine if we are able to safely accommodate your pet’s needs or if immediate referral to an emergency facility is recommended.

Please note that:

• Life-threatening emergencies may need to be referred directly to a full-service emergency hospital.
• Non-urgent or stable patients will be seen as soon as possible, but scheduled appointments will take priority.
• Our goal is always to ensure pets receive the fastest and most appropriate care for their condition.
