Failed Appointment Notice
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been experiencing a dramatic increase in demand for veterinary services which has made it challenging for clients to obtain a timely appointment. At the same time, we are seeing an increase in the number of clients who fail to show for their appointment without cancelling. This prevents us from being able to offer that appointment to a client and patient who may need our care.
Effective immediately, we are implementing a “Failed Appointment” charge of $82 should a client fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without calling to cancel at least 12 hours prior to said appointment.
We understand that plans change and unforeseen circumstances occur, but we ask that you please let us know that you won’t need your appointment so that we may offer it to another client in need. Thank you for your understanding.
