When you place a call to Kindness Animal Hospital, you should expect your call to be answered promptly by one of our competent and courteous staff members. Our staff are able to schedule appointments, provide information about our hospital, health care team and policies, generate estimates for services and answer general health questions about your pet.
When you visit...
When you arrive you can expect to be warmly greeted by a friendly face at our reception desk. We have a seperate reception area for cats in order to minimize the stress of their visit.
We understand that your time is valuable and we do our best to keep your wait to a minimum. For this reason appointments are given priority over unscheduled walk-ins. In the rare case that a pet arrives with an urgent or life threatening condition, we hope you will understand that our staff is obligated to attend to the patient immediately. We'll do our best to keep you updated on any unexpected delays.
You can expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, and your pet to be treated with care and compassion. We do ask that you allow our trained technicians to handle and restrain your pet for routine procedures to ensure your safety and that of your pets.
We understand that quality healthcare for your pet can be expensive and we will gladly provide estimates for services upon request. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Cash and Checks.
